What's your market in Davenport/Quad Cities area like these days? Ours here in Sedona is feeling the impact of short sales and foreclosures on our pricing. The upside is it's made buyers sit up and take notice, as we've got some excellent buys available now.

Real Estate values are actually rising!
Last year, I sold over $10 Million of Real Estate in the Quad City area!
This year, I'm treading an increase again over that! Short sales and foreclosures have had little impact in our market. It has been more of the national news hype that has slowed things down from the level of activity in 2005. My personal sales, however, have continued to rise because I refuse to take part in the pity party! :)
