My wife has told me before that I should go have a hearing test.
But should I be expected to hear her when she's two rooms away?
She has also told me that I sometimes don't listen as good as I should.
However, when I'm focused on my blog and she's walking away from me in the other room does that count?
Last week she had a phone call and I had to take a message for her.
Here it is:
My hearing test with Audiology Consultants is this Wednesday!!!
Lucky :)

Good post thanks lol
THIS IS HILARIOUS.
If your wife says you need a hearing test, you probably do. LOL . We have a large home, and whenever someone is 200 feet away, the words turn into. WHA GLB ISS FOR NOMO FORBUB. If you still can't hear her after the test and maybe a device, then you know where you are with the interacting.
Everyone,
Thanks for commenting and enjoying the fun!

Do they still make Pabst Beer? I haven't see that one in a long time, the Blue Ribbon Beer.
Charles,
Let me know what she thinks. Mine thought it was hilarious!

Gary,
According to Pabst.com they are still in business and have been since 1844!
Their website even plays music for you while you browse!

Huh? Lucky--I am confused, but I guess that was your point! My husband is the same way. His mind tends to be geared towards beer as well.
I hope you are doing alright Lucky. Sorry I haven't been around too much!
(Great picture by the way.)

This is just sooo funny and to typical. I think me are born with a veil in the hearing canal. It only opens when sports are on TV and it automatically closes when a womens voice can be heard. :)
Karen,
I'll try to call you later to catch up. What time is best to reach you?
Take care,
Lucky :)
Jason,
Yes, I've heard that one before. I see why you didn't want to post it.
Lucky :)
Chuck,
My wife is a saint! No one else in the world could've put up with me for 33 years this Friday!
Thanks for stopping by!
Lucky :)
Vincent,
Sometimes you go to the well and it's dry and sometimes you barely have to pump!
Thanks,
Lucky :)
Roberta,
That is an interesting theory. Why is it then, when I'm in a room of people and my wife is talking 15 feet away, I can't hear the person talking right next to me? I just tune right in to her voice......really! It's like I'm trained or something. My theory is that she talks louder when she is in a group and she sort of mumbles and talks to herself when she is home and expects me to hear her. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
But then again, maybe I DO have a veil.
Lucky :)
Erby,
Ouch! That hurts!
