Gorgeous Home!!  Does not look like it was build in 1928 with some of those windows - Did they add on?  Does it overlook a river nor nature preserve.  A home like that in Oakland County Michigan would go for way more $$ -- what a deal!

There were two additions.  One was for the family room off the back of the house on the main floor.  That room is the fifth picture.  The second addition is where the Master Bedroom Suite is on the second floor.  Both additions can be seen in the eighth picture.  All of the original house is BRICK!  Isn't it gorgeous!

It is too far to see the Mississippi River from this house and too many trees.  Many of the homes in McClellan Heights have beautiful old trees like this.  With the lovely landscaping is just seems like a nature preserve!

My sellers would be pleased if we could get Oakland County pricing!

This is truly one of the best pieces of real estate in Davenport, Iowa!!!

Hi Lucky...it's Liz again.  I thought housing prices in the greater Houston area were low!  This is such a great group to post your listing too.  I am carry 35-45 listings, and trying to get them all posted here, then it will not take as long to post as I list them.  I have gotten more feedback here than from agents who show them, so it will help to get back to sellers with things to help them.  I have some that have been on the maket months, and agents in other parts of the county say "Wow that should sell yesterday"...they don't understand the prices in differant parts of the country :).  Looking forward to talking to you, Liz
