Nice condo listing!  The buyer will love having the warranty.  I have one on our house and have had two claims so far: 1) Flashing that blew off the roof ($300 repair paid for) and most recently the dryer stopped tumbling the clothes and wouldn't stop at the end of the cycle (new dryer belt and roller kit plus new timer again paid for -- $216)!!

Do you still have snow on the ground there????  We had snow flurries but it didn't last and then it got down to 20 degrees yesterday.

Lucky - Condo looks good for the price. I was just in Bettendorf this past weekend. My wife had a Chiropractic conference there. It was at the Isle. I lost some money on the boat, but not alot. We went driving around and kinda toured the town (Davenport & Bettendorf). Remember I told you before that my wife went to Palmer. It did not look like much was for sale out there.

No snow anymore!  Hopefully we're done with it for this year!

Yes, the buyer IS loving the home warranty feature!  He will be closing on this in June right before his daughter starts college here at Palmer!
