The prospective buyer that I met is just starting to look and wants to see others in this price range to make sure before he proceeds. So........he's still in the hunt!
This property is for sure a good value for someone with vision to do the fixing up (and money). The problem today is that most of the buyers looking in this price range for something to live in don't have the money to fix it up. That leaves some VERY creative financing options or investors.
